Celebrate Pride in NYC w/The G&LR



Celebrate a quarter century of the pioneering magazine of LGBTQ history, culture, & politics with this event to honor the release of the commemorative book, In Search of Stonewall. Authors Karla Jay, Amy Hoffman, Timothy Stewart Winter, & Michael Denneny join Richard Schneider Jr., editor of The Gay & Lesbian Review, for a panel discussion in which they will discuss The G&LR’s early days, the significance of the riots, and the future of LGBTQ rights.

At the NY Historical Society Museum & Library Friday June 7th from 7:00 pm to 8:30 pm. Tickets are free on the Society’s pay-as-you-wish Friday nights. Concurrently showing will be two exhibits jointly titled: Stonewall 50, so come early and check it out!
