Does it say “HIV stops with me” or “HIVs tops with me,” as the eye-catching “top man” with a + sign on his belt buckle might suggest? Getting tested has become a major rite of passage in the life of a gay man: one ad for a home HIV test kit described it as “the true test of your manhood.”
